Order Cancellation & Withdrawal Request (EU Customers ONLY)

Please Note: This form is exclusively for customers residing within the European Union (EU) exercising their right of withdrawal. If you are located outside of the EU, please do not use this form. Instead, contact our support team directly at orders@acuityinstruments.com to request any changes to or cancellations of your existing order. 

Important Terms Regarding Your Request:

Submitting this form does not automatically cancel your order. It serves strictly as a formal request to cancel. Your order is not considered cancelled until our team processes it and you receive a secondary confirmation email from ACUiTY stating that the cancellation was successful.

• Delivered Orders: If your order has already shipped or been delivered, it cannot be canceled in transit. The package must be returned to us first before any refunds can be processed. 
• Return Shipping & Fees: The customer is solely responsible for covering all return shipping costs and any associated customs fees required to deliver the package back to our shop. All orders are subject to our return policy.
